This session will go over concepts on how to understand and best support neurodiverse kids and youth. Providing a basic understanding of autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, our presenter Andy McMullan will equip participants with tools to create inclusive environments and individualized care.

Our Presenter: Andy McMullan has 16 years of experience in the Canadian Not-For-Profit sector serving people with complex needs and their families. He is a passionate supporter of the camping industry, and has extensive experience training and coaching caregivers in topics such as: therapeutic crisis response, reflective listening, empathy development, and play & social skills.
