Refund Policy

We have developed our refund policies to be as fair and flexible with payments for our families, while also maintaining a certain level of financial confidence for the camp. Please read our Payment Terms and Conditions for details on our refund policies for our summer camp program and CK Community Weekend program. 

Please Note: if an application is not accepted by Camp Kirk, or a family decides to withdraw their application before a program’s application deadline, a full refund of the deposit payment will be issued. 

 

Payment Plan

Families are welcome to pay their camper fees in instalments. Please contact the Camp Kirk office if you would like to arrange a payment plan.
