Camp Kirk Photo Gallery
From Barb
Dear Henri and Staff, Stefanie is thirteen years old now. After several years as a Camper, this is Stefanie's last hoorah. I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and Jane and your wonderful Staff over the years for Stefanie and for her brother James.

Stefanie has enjoyed Camp Kirk, so much, that it becomes apart of her (our) daily Life. I believe Camp Kirk has contributed to Stefanie's confidence and self esteem. This past year, Stefanie had the lead in her school Musical "Oliver". In the cast photo, she wore her Camp Kirk T-shirt, obviously near and dear to her heart.

As a Parent, I've always been impressed with Camp Kirk for its most unique focus on individual potential, at the same time as teaching co-operation, in a sensitive manner, despite our abilities and disabilities. Stefanie has made many friends and learned many lessons about personal achievement, teamwork and patience every year, the most important that we are all equals, despite our differences. Camp Kirk's integrated environment and first rate activities are second to none. Months of anticipation leading to her session at Camp Kirk follow months of great Camp stories, that fondly last throughout the year. We often visits Camp Kirk's web-site and view the photo gallery together.

"Little Miss Kayak" is still hopeful you will consider adding "The Kayak Song" to your CD repertoire of Camp Kirk songs.

Stefanie has also indicated she wishes to return to Camp Kirk as a Staff member eventually, coming full-circle with Camp Kirk's philosophy. Thank you for providing a forum of wonderful lifetime of experiences that Stefanie will never forget, along with hopes, dreams and the continuity she desperately needed during a most difficult time in her life.

Congratulations, Henri for the good work you have done. Financial assistance was greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing you soon, but not for the last time, I hope.

Stay well Henri. You are the heart and soul of Camp Kirk.

Sincerely, Barb
