2018 Live and Silent Auction

Camp Kirk’s live and silent auctions always have a great selection of items and experiences. Charitable tax receipts* can be provided for your in-kind donation of an auction item.

Here are few ideas of what to donate:

  • Tickets to Toronto Sporting Events or Shows
  • A week-long stay at a Cottage or Chalet
  • Salon or Spa Packages
  • Sport or Outdoor Equipment
  • Wine
Donate Auction Item

To make an in-kind donation to our auction fill in the auction donation form online or download a pdf to return to the Camp Kirk Office.  Auction Items should be delivered to the Camp Kirk office by October 15th.

*Charitable tax receipts can be issued for the Fair market Value (FMV) of the Donated item. The CRA defines FMV as “the highest dollar value you can get for your property in an open and unrestricted market and between a willing buyer and a willing seller who are knowledgeable, informed, and acting independently of each other.”  The FMV of the goods must be assessed by the donor and Camp Kirk may ask you to provide documentation (receipts etc.) as proof of FMV.
